The School induction programme can ease the transition for present staff, giving them the time, support and relationships. they need to thrive Induction is an umbrella term for the support for in place to assist teachers in adapting to a new workplace culture, understanding students, classes and curriculum, as well as school norms which are integral for teachers to settle in and feel confident.
As part of the BEd Curriculum, BEd trainees have an induction period of fine days. We, the 10 students of Mar Theophilus Training College belonging to five optionals, namely, English, Malayalam, Mathematics, Natural Science and Social Science were allotted to Sarvodaya Vidyalaya ICSE and HSE School, Nalanchira, Thiruvananthapuram from 12/12/2022 to 16/12/2022.
