As part of the BEd curriculum, the Capacity Building programme was organized by MTTC under the guidance of Dr. Ancy ma'm. We got an excellent opportunity to interact with an exceptional personality, Jobi Kondoor sir, who gave us an insight into our stress level and literally washed all our inner stress which was carving us from inside.
The class was an amalgamation and a whole package of fun, games, theory, lectures, insights , exercises, stress bursters and everything beyond we could ask for. We had a reliving and refreshing time with sir and we gave our valuable feedbacks to him. we are really grateful to Jobi sir and the whole MTTC family behind this programme.
